The booth information in EXPOCAD must be mapped to an iMIS exposition booth product code. The mapping is done in the EXPOCAD Product Mapping window. Each EXPOCAD Booth Type can be mapped to one booth product code and up to two premium codes.
For example, you may want to set up one iMIS booth product code for each EXPOCAD Booth Type, so there is a one-to-one correlation. In this case, you may or may not use the Premium codes. Or, you could set up one iMIS booth product code that is the basic booth and fee, then set up additional charges with a type of Other to be used as Premium codes.
After the product mapping has been set up and exposition orders have been added, do not edit the product mapping. EXPOCAD uses this setup for renting and un-renting booths.

Product Code
Premium 1
This field shows a list of product codes identified as Other or Paid Pass in the Exposition Product Detail window for this exposition. If you have only one basic booth product code in iMIS, you can specify a Premium code to further identify the booth. For example, you might have a basic booth, but charge an additional fee for a corner. In the Exposition Product Detail window, the corner product code would have the Other option enabled, and you would choose it as a Premium product code. Each product can have up to two premiums.
