Attaching documents to Opportunity emails

You can attach supplemental documents to emails that you send to Opportunity contacts.

To attach a document to an Opportunity email

  1. Create a new email merge or open an existing email merge.
  2. On the Sources tab, opposite the label Attachment, click ....

    The Document Chooser window opens.

  3. Select an existing document from the Central Object Repository. If the document does not already exist in the Central Object Repository, you can...
  4. Click Save to save the email merge with the document attached, or click Save As to save the email merge under a new name.
