Manage customers window - Internet Security tab

From Customers, select Manage customers, find customer record, and select Internet Security tab

Note: Access to the Internet Security tab can be limited by your administrator.

Login Disabled

Enable this option to disable the Web login for the customer.

Login

Use this field to enter the customer login for e-Series. Make sure to assign a unique login ID. Assigning the same Login ID to two different members will prevent users in e-Series from updating their login and password information.

Password

Use this field to enter a password of at least six characters.

Verify Password

Use this field to re-enter the password.

Expiration Date

Use this field to specify the expiration date for the login.

Security Group

Use this field to specify to which security group this customer is being assigned. The default value is Anonymous.
