To add an exhibitor contact
- Open the Exhibitor Contacts window:
- From Exposition, select View exhibitor information to open the
View exhibitor information window. - Click Open to display the Exposition Search window, and double-click an exposition.
- Double-click an exhibitor to open the Exhibitor Information window.
- Click More, and select Contact Maintenance.
- Click Add/Delete Contacts to open the Manage Contacts window.
- Click Edit, and add a contact by doing one of the following:
- Double-click an individual in the list of Available Contacts to add them to the list of Current Exhibitor Contacts (linked by CO_ID).
- Click Load Previous Expo to add contacts from a previous exposition.
- Click Member Lookup to find an individual contact.
- Click Save, and return to the Exhibitor Contacts window.
- Select an exhibitor contact, and click Edit.
- Assign a contact type to the selected contact (select a type from Assign Contact Type to selected contact), and click Save.
