To track forms

Forms are added to an exposition when an exposition is set up. If a form you are processing is not on the list, you must add the form to the exposition. (See Managing Exposition Forms.)

  1. Open the Forms Status window:
    1. From Exposition, select View exhibitor information to open the
      View exhibitor information window.
    2. Click Open to display the Exposition Search window, and double-click an exposition.
    3. Double-click an exhibitor to open the Exhibitor Information window.
    4. Click More, and select Form Tracking.
  2. Select one of the forms listed on the Forms Status window.
  3. Click Edit.
  4. Enter the Date Received.
  5. Enter the Contact for this form.
  6. Click Save.
