Understanding Intelligent Query Architect

Use Intelligent Query Architect to simplify the task of accessing data for functions such as user-specific reporting, mailings, or letter merges. The user interface makes it easy for a user with limited SQL experience to perform SQL-like, query-building tasks. The queries created in IQA use business objects and other queries as data sources, which represent the database schema in a context meaningful to businesses. Role-based security controls access to queries and the underlying data. Users can access IQA from several iMIS modules, a personal folder, or from the Generate reports page within Opportunity Management or the iMIS Marketing Suite. For high-level users, such as administrators, IQA is accessible from the iMIS Framework Console.
