Entering and Editing Issues

Issues are entered and edited on the Issue window.

Issue window

From Issues, select View and enter issues, then click New

The Issue window includes the following fields.

Note: The following descriptions reference the configurable prompts on the Issue window (Company, Priority, Version, System, Client ID, and Environment) by their default names. Your administrator can customize the names of these prompts to suit your organization.
