If a student has met all program requirements, the program registration is assigned a status of Complete and the Completion date is populated with the current system date. If the program is a maintenance program and you selected the Automatically Enter First and/or a Subsequent Maintenance Portion(s) option, a new program registration record is created for the student's first or next maintenance cycle.

Rollover

Lets you manually rollover a registrant to the maintenance portion of the program if you did not select the Automatically Enter First and/or Subsequent Maintenance Portion(s) maintenance option on the Program Dates window. This creates a new program registration record for the student's first or next maintenance cycle.
