To view booth changes
- Select Expo> Exhibitor Information, click Find Exposition, double-click an exposition, and double-click an exhibitor to open the Exhibitor Information window.
- Click More and select Booth Changes to open the Booth Change History window.
- If booths are based on Quantity, the Booth Units Change line item (in the Change List box) represents the total square units in EXPOCAD divided by the total dimensions in iMIS. For example, if the square units in EXPOCAD are defined as 1000 and the total dimensions in iMIS are 100 (10 x 10), then the quantity would be 1 (100¸100).
- If booths are based on Area (Square Units), the Booth Units Change line item (in the Change List box) reflects the total square units.
- Click an item in the Change List to see a description of any booth changes, as well as who made the changes in the Description area in the bottom of the window.
- Click Close to return to the Exhibitor Information window.
