Renting booths in EXPOCAD updates the ExpoCadExp.dbf file. This file is located in the same folder as the Master Exhibitor and/or Event Exhibitor dbf file. The file is updated as follows:
Note: It is not recommended that the Booth Type be changed after a booth has been rented. The booth type is the key to product mapping in iMIS. If you change the Booth Type in EXPOCAD, the ExpoCadExp.dbf will not be updated.
Note: Do not select File> Event Copy after a booth has been rented, as this will prevent an activity record from being inserted in the ExpoCadExp.dbf file for the new event.
