Using Campaign Management

iMIS Campaign Management can help you work more efficiently and effectively. As a Campaign User, you have access to campaigns, tasks, and communications features that help you support a successful campaign.

Campaign User tasks

To view a campaign

  1. From Marketing, select Campaign Management.

    You will see all campaigns for which you have security access privileges.

  2. Select the campaign you want to view.

To navigate a campaign

The tabs along the top of the campaign display general information about the campaign:

To change a campaign, appeal, or solicitation status

If you change the status of a campaign, appeal, or solicitation to Inactive, all the lower levels of the hierarchy will be inactivated. A lower level cannot be reactivated until all of the higher levels are active. Even if the higher levels are reactivated, the lower levels must be reactivated individually.

  1. From Marketing, select Campaign Management.
  2. Select the campaign, appeal, or solicitation.
  3. Click the Definition tab.
  4. Change the Status.
  5. Click Save.

To delete a campaign, appeal, solicitation, or source code

If you delete a campaign, appeal, solicitation, or source code, all the lower levels of the hierarchy will also be deleted, regardless of status.

  1. From Marketing, select Campaign Management.
  2. Select the campaign, appeal, solicitation, or source code.
  3. Click Delete.
  4. Click Save.
