Note: To track responses, the Force Source Coding option must be enabled in the iMIS Customer Portfolio.
To create a response stage
You can define response stages in the source code so a contact moves through campaign stages (solicitations) as they respond to solicitations.
Note: If a source code is provided with the response, the assumption is that the contact was solicited, regardless if they received output.
The solicitation response displays in the Source Lists.
Example: Response stages
The following campaign is defined so that a response to Stage I automatically moves the contact into Stage III. After a period of time (or a non-response to Stage I), the contact automatically moves into Stage II. A response to Stage II automatically moves the contact into Stage III. Contacts continue to move through a campaign's stages until the end of the campaign.
