The primary registration table is the Orders table, which is shared by many modules including iMIS Order Processing and iMIS Exhibition Management. In addition to the primary Orders table, there are a number of secondary Orders-related tables that contain registration data. The Orders and related tables (those whose names start with Order_) are linked by a common ORDER_NUMBER value for each registration.
The Events fields include the following tables and their descriptions:
Orders
Contains the primary name, address, status, and related information for each registrant you enter through the Events system. This table also contains summary information for the total fees charged to the registrant, the total payments applied to those fees, and the resulting balance.
Order_Badge
Contains the name, address, and company information that prints on registrant badges
Order Lines
Maintains the ticket quantity and fee information for the functions that registrants select
Order Meet
Contains the event code, registrant class, traveling arrangements and general-purpose notes, as well as information contained in user-defined fields
Order Payment
Maintains information on payments made after the primary payment
Meet_Master
Contains the definition for the overall event
Product
Contains the code, title, description, and default fees data for the individual functions
Product_Function
Maintains a wide variety of additional function definition elements, including function dates and times, projected and maximum attendance counts, CEU setup elements, and more
At the end of this chapter, there are record layouts for each field or data element in field position order for each of these main tables. Separate preliminary sections list the key registration fields as they appear on the registration windows.
A follow-up section lists other key fields that do not appear on any window, but that do play important roles.
