To use the Letter System from the Reports menu

You will use the (Module Name) Standard Letters window to add new letter templates, edit or delete current letter templates, and to merge iMIS records with the MS Word template.

Note: Truncating the Report Specs table in the Server Table Status window (select Utilities> Table Analysis) will delete the MS Word template report specifications.
