To define state/province codes

  1. From Customers, select Set up tables > State/province codes to open the Set up state/province codes window.
  2. Click New.
  3. Enter the code for the state/province you want to add to your validation/expansion table in the State/Province field.
  4. Enter the full name of the state/province in the Title field.
  5. Click Save.
