Generating Analysis Results
Once defined, RFM analysis definitions can be run repeatedly to create or update the list of segments generated.

Process for generating RFM analysis results
To generate RFM results
- Select Run.
- View the results on the Results tab.
- Query the results of an RFM analysis by using the RFM definition to identify the results you want in your analysis. Select contacts from the following RFM criteria:
- Recency ranking
- Frequency ranking
- Monetary ranking
- Combined ranking
- Total ranking
- First amount
- First amount date
- Last amount
- Last amount date
- Highest amount
- Highest amount date
- Purge results by selecting Delete List.
- Use RFM to create a query for use in Campaigns by selecting Create Query.
