To add solicitor data to a customer record

  1. From Customers, select Manage customers to display the Manage customers window.
  2. Click Find, enter the customer ID, and click Go.
  3. Select the Solicitor Data tab.
  4. Enter the solicitor's title in the Title field.
  5. (Optional) Enable the Volunteer option.
  6. Enable the Solicitor option.
  7. (Optional) Enter the Hours/Week.
  8. (Optional) Enter any comments in the Comments field.
  9. Click Save.
