Managing Exhibitor Contacts

An important task in managing your exposition is maintaining an up-to-date contact list for each of the exhibiting companies. From time to time, you may need to add or delete contacts for the exhibiting companies.

For example, your initial contact with the company may have been the sales and marketing person who arranges booth purchases. Once the sale is complete, all future contact may be with the accounts payable clerk.

You manage exhibitor contacts through the Exhibitor Contacts window.
