Pricing based on an iMIS field

In this example, rates are billed to customers who have a customer type of M and a billing category of 2. The amount billed is determined by the rate that was manually entered for each customer in the user-defined Activity_Fee field.

This example shows a simple calculation to determine the amount billed. In this case, the amount billed is $15 times the customer's staff size. The staff size is stored in the user-defined Staff_Size field.

Note: If when you attempt to bill and you receive an SQL error stating you have an invalid column prefix, you have not used the required Name_All prefix in your special pricing formula. Even when you are referencing a field within the Name table, you must set up and cross-reference the Name_All view for all special pricing methods except flat rates.
