Troubleshooting Provider List Problems
If after running the rebuild indexes utility the provider list does not include all of the providers you expect, narrow the list down to one provider candidate that is not being added and check for the following:
- Does the provider candidate have a REFERRAL subscription?
- If you are using the default Search Filter, has the provider candidate paid for REFERRAL, and is the Paid Thru date greater than today's date?
- If you are using the default Search Filter, do the candidate and the subscription record both have a status of "A"?
- If you are using your own Search Filter, does the provider candidate meet all of the prerequisites, as well as Name.STATUS='A%'?
- Does the provider candidate have records in all of the Custom Tables specified as Search Field Names on the Set up module window?
