To define product mapping

Product mapping allows you to map EXPOCAD Booth Types to iMIS booth products.

  1. Open the Exposition Definition window (select Expo> Define/Plan Exposition, double-click exposition).
  2. Click More in the Exposition Definition window and select EXPOCAD Product Mapping to open the EXPOCAD Product Mapping window.
  3. Click Insert on the palette.
  4. Select an EXPOCAD Booth Type from the drop-down list.
  5. Press Ctrl+ L on the keyboard to open the list of available booth Product Codes.
  6. Double-click the booth product code for the EXPOCAD Booth Type.
  7. (Optional) Press Ctrl+L on the keyboard to open the list of available Other and Paid Pass Product Codes in the Premium 1 field.
    1. Double-click the Premium product for the EXPOCAD Booth Type and iMIS Product Code.
    2. Enter a quantity for Premium 1. Press Tab
  8. (Optional) Press Ctrl+L on the keyboard to open the list of available Other and Paid Pass Product Codes in the Premium 2 field.
    1. Double-click the Premium product for the EXPOCAD Booth Type and iMIS Product Code.
    2. Enter a quantity for Premium 2.
  9. Click OK.
  10. Repeat the process to map all EXPOCAD Booth Types to iMIS booth products.

    Note: Once the booth product mapping has been set up and orders have been placed, the mapping should not be changed. Changing the mapping after an order is placed may cause the un-rent booth process to take out a quantity from an incorrect product code.
