Access to Output Processes
By default, the Access Mode assigned to all output processes is Everyone Full Control. Be sure to modify this setting for your specific needs, as the default enables every user to add, edit, and delete output processes.
From the CORE, administrators can upload templates and access/define the following output processes:
In Campaigns, Segmentation, and RFM, the Generate reports page lets you upload Crystal report templates and access/define these output processes:
In Opportunities, the Generate reports page lets you upload Crystal report templates and access/define these output processes:
Running Output Processes
When you run an output process manually (from the CORE), validation runs synchronously and, if successful, creates an asynchronous process. If validation fails, an error message displays and you can choose to reconfigure the output process and run it again.
Running an output process asynchronously (automatically) creates a TaskItem in the Task Viewer, and all status and error messages write the Comments field of the TaskItem. Access the Task Viewer from your home page or the iFC.
Printing Output Processes
To preview a Crystal report,
To print Crystal reports (which includes both Print to Screen and Print PDF file to Screen), you must have Adobe® Reader® installed on both the server and your workstation. Go to Adobe to download the free reader software.
Note: Only users with permissions to the server printer can cancel a print job.

Note: Export is available only when you select the Print to Screen option on the Output tab.
