You can now select from more options when configuring how search results are sorted in the Customer Portfolio Results tab. The Customer Setup - Basic Options window now enables you to choose your Preferred Sort Order from one of the following options:
Note: The sort options are labeled according to the labels you have configured for Institute Type (by default "Company") and State/Province (by default "St/Prov").

With the exception of certain types of searches for which the default sort order would not be appropriate, results will be sorted according to the sort order chosen. The following types of searches override the default sort order:
Note: The Company search (which includes personal records that are associated with company records) adds prospect status as the final sort column.
