About iMIS Customer Management

The Customer Management module is the core module of iMIS. Designed for organizations, iMIS Customer Management is your customer database. The Customer Management module enables you to enter, edit, track, and maintain your organization's complex and dedicated customer information.

iMIS Customer Management integrates completely with other iMIS modules. Much of the information these other modules use is sourced from the customer database, and the customer database is automatically updated whenever edits to customer data are performed within other modules. This constant flow of data makes iMIS an adaptable and expandable tool as the needs of your organization change.
