The Set up funds window can be reached by selecting Fund Raising > Set up tables > Funds.
Fund Codes
Displays a list of all currently defined fund codes.
Fund
Designates the currently selected or the new fund code.
Name
Designates the full name of the organization or fund.
Invoice/Receipt Address
Designates the mailing address of the fund.
Logo
Designates the fund's logo that will be used on reports that include the logo.
Letterhead like Single Line Address
Designates the fund's letterhead if it is a single line address line.
Interest Code
(Optional) Enter the interest codes associated with the fund.
Taxation Method
Designates the taxation method used for this organization/fund. Choose one of the following options:
Note: Canadian taxation requires additional configuration. See International Taxation on the Resource CD or HelpNet for more information.
Registration Number
(Optional) Designates the registration number associated with the fund. The registration number is used with the Fund Raising receipting function.
