iMIS Exposition Task List

The Exposition task list consists of the items that launch your Exposition Management windows.

Select Exposition from the Navigation bar

Set up an exposition

Opens the Set up an exposition window to define, edit, and clone expositions.

Manage prospect lists

Opens the Manage prospect lists window to manage prospect lists and assign prospects to salespeople.

Process booth orders

Opens the Process booth orders window to record the sale of exposition products, including booths. You can edit, transfer, cancel, and reinstate exposition orders.

View exhibitor information

Opens the View exhibitor information window to search for an exposition and display a list of exhibitors. If you double-click on an exhibitor, the Exhibitor Information window opens, which enables you to view, enter, and edit exhibitor contacts, exhibited products, conflicts with other exhibitors, booth changes, and much more.

Manage wait lists

Opens the Manage wait lists window to record and maintain detailed records of wait-listed exhibitors.

Manage booth preferences

Opens the Manage booth preferences window, which lists all of the booth preferences requested by exhibiting companies for an exposition. You can accept, decline, convert, or delete booth preferences on this window.

Process EXPOCAD

(EXPOCAD only) Select to view the Process EXPOCAD sub-task list. You must be licensed for EXPOCAD for this item to display. See Using iMIS EXPOCAD Interface for additional information about the EXPOCAD module.

Set up EXPOCAD ODBC - Opens the Set up EXPOCAD ODBC window.

Import EXPOCAD - Opens the Import EXPOCAD window.

Generate reports

Opens the Generate reports window where you can select from a variety of standard reports including badges, confirmation letters, invoices, labels, products, rosters, status report, and transaction lists.

Set up tables

Select to display a sub-task list of the following set-up table options:

Set up module

Opens the Exposition Set up module window to set up and customize your Exposition Management module.
