To reserve a product and view booth proximity

  1. Open the Expo Sales window:
    1. From Exposition, select Manage prospect lists to open the
      Manage prospect lists window.
    2. Load a prospect list. See To load a prospect list for additional information.
    3. Select a prospect from the Prospect List.
    4. Click Exhibitor Sales.
  2. Click Reserve Booths to open the Reserve Products window.
  3. Select a product from the list of Expo Products.
  4. Click Reserve Item to open the Reservation window.
  5. Double-click a booth from the Available Booths list to move the booth to the Reserved Booths list.
  6. (Optional) View booth proximity:
    1. Click Proximity to open the View Booth Proximity window.
    2. Select a Booth for the product selected on the Reserve Products window.
    3. Select the proximity Area.
    4. Click OK to return to the Reservation window.
  7. Click OK to return to the Reserve Products window.
  8. Click Save.

    Note: At this point, the EX-RES activity is created for the reserved product(s). This activity is deleted once the booth size that was reserved is actually ordered. Reserved products display as "reserved" when processing booth inventory assignments for other orders, which can be viewed on the Booth Inventory Assignment window.
