To fix an error on the Import Error List
If any EXPOCAD activity did not import, the Import Error List displays one line for each activity that was not imported. A description of the error displays next to the record.
The following table provides a list of the error descriptions with a solution to fix the error. Once you fix the error, rerun the EXPOCAD Import. The activities will import and then be removed from the Import Error List.

Last First Name and Company name are both blank |
Membership> Enter/Edit Member, find member ID. Record must have a Last Name or First Name or Company Name |
Product Mapping does not exist (Each Booth Type will be specified at the start of the error message) |
Expo> Define/Plan Exposition, double-click exposition, click and select EXPOCAD Product Mapping and add the product mappings for the Booth Type(s) that are missing |
Booth Dimension is not entered (Each Booth Type will be specified at the start of the error message) |
Expo> Define/Plan Exposition, double-click exposition, select booth product, click . Booth Length and/or Booth Width are missing |
Product Pricing does not exist |
Expo> Define/Plan Exposition, double-click exposition, select booth product, click , click and select Fees. Product Fees are missing |
Booth has not been rented |
Rent a booth in EXPOCAD. Delete the Product Mapping in iMIS. Run the import from EXPOCAD to iMIS. Error report will show that Product Mapping does not exist. Delete the error from the list. Un-rent the booth in EXPOCAD. Add the Product Mapping in iMIS. Run the import from EXPOCAD to iMIS. |
Booth has been rented |
Rent a booth in EXPOCAD. Run the import from EXPOCAD to iMIS. Delete the Product Mapping in iMIS. Un-rent the booth in EXPOCAD. Run the import from EXPOCAD to iMIS. Delete the error from the list. Add the Product Mapping in iMIS. Rent the booth again in EXPOCAD. Run the import from EXPOCAD to iMIS. |
Previous transaction failed |
Indicates that an initial transaction has failed. The initial transactions will have one of the above Error Descriptions. If one transaction for a booth fails, any additional transaction belonging to that booth will also fail. |
Unable to find exhibitor ID for current booth |
Indicates that data has been altered. |
Unable to find booth type |
Indicates that data has been altered. |
Order does not exist |
Indicates that data has been altered. |
