Authorization for the Letter System

Authorization for the Letter System through the supported Reports menus requires an iMIS security level of two for each module. For example, to access the Letter System in Customer reports, the user must have an authorization level of two (2) or greater (select File> System Setup, and select User Passwords).

Use of the Letter System from the Letters tab (from Customers, select Manage customers, find a customer record, select the Letters tab, and click New Letter) and Events Portfolio (from Events, select Register a customer, find a registrant, and click Letter) will require the user to have a level of one (1) or greater for the module being used.
