If you are using a shortcut to access iMIS and you are opening multiple instances of the Manage customers window, you may encounter an Omnis error. If this happens, consult with your administrator.
This error appears to be related to the length of the target path shown in the shortcut.
Workaround
Try renaming the iMIS directory to a shorter name. Make sure to change the ODBC database path and the shortcut target path with the shorter name.
