Implementing and Managing Activity Types

The Activity Detail window contains both standard and user-defined fields. These fields are assigned according to your organization's needs and are set up in the Set up activity types window. You establish which fields are displayed for a given Activity Detail window.

Note: When creating an activity type you must enter a value in the Type and Description fields, and you must define at least one field prompt.
