Exposition Product Detail window

From Exposition, select Set up an exposition, double-click an exposition, and double-click an exposition product

Product Code

Enter a code for the exposition product. The code must be unique within each exposition.

Title

Enter a name for the product. The product Title displays on all lists and reports that show individual products, such as confirmation letters, tickets, and detailed rosters (maximum characters: 60).

Status

Enter the product's status:

Product Description

Enter a description of the product, such as size or color. The Product Description does not print on reports, but it can be used to store data for exporting to a directory.

Max Available

Enter the maximum number of products available for this exposition (maximum characters: four). Once booths are created, you cannot edit this number without first removing booths.

Automatic Option

(Optional) Enable to automatically add the product to each new order.

Booth Length

(Displays only when Booth is enabled for a product) Enter the length of the booth (integer/whole number).

Booth Width

(Displays only when Booth is enabled for a product) Enter the width of the booth (integer/whole number).

Taxable

(Not shown/Canadian tax only) Enable the appropriate tax authority: GST or PST. These options display only if the Canadian Taxation Method for the default organization is enabled in the Organization Names window. Booth

Enable to indicate that the product is a booth. The Booth Length field, Booth Width field, and Booth button display when Booth is enabled.

Other

Enable to indicate that the product is anything but a booth or paid pass, such as program advertisement or sponsorship.

Paid Pass

Enable to indicate that the product is a paid pass.

Totals

Number Sold - Displays the number of products sold.

Gross Income - Displays the product's expected gross income.

Booth button

(Displays only when Booth is enabled for a product) Click to open the Booths window used for generating, adding, removing, and importing booths.

More button

Click to display a menu of additional exposition-product set up options.
