To import booth information into iMIS

The steps below assume that batch control is enabled in iMIS.

  1. From iMIS, select Expo> Reports.
  2. Select EXPOCAD from the Report Types area.
  3. Select ExpoCadExp from the Available Reports area.
  4. Select your report destination to screen and click Run to display the report.
  5. After you have reviewed the report, select Expo> EXPOCAD Import.

    Note: If Batch Control is disabled, you will be prompted to create a batch.

  6. The EXPOCAD Import window opens.
  7. Click Import.
    • If the import is in use by another user, a message displays telling you to try again when that import is complete. Click OK to close the message.
  8. A system message displays Processing Order… Stand by. When the process is complete, a message displays telling you that the import is complete.
  9. Click OK to display the Import Error List.
    • If all EXPOCAD activities were imported, the Import Error List is blank.
    • If errors occurred, they will display in the Import Error List.
