Think of iMIS as a virtual filing cabinet filled with file folders that hold complete records for every customer you want to track. Regardless of the number of times these files are accessed, they will not be mislabeled or lost. Each customer file can grow as large as needed. For example, you have the ability to continuously add information, such as what customers have done, where customers work, who customers know, what customers have contributed, and how much customers owe. You can store all of this information safely for as long as you need to keep it.
