After you enter exhibitor booth preferences, you can assign booths. Most exposition managers use priority points (defined on the Exhibitor Information window) to determine who has first preference for booth products. Regardless of the criteria used to assign booth preferences, you must use some method for determining who will have first preference.
Booth preferences are analyzed and managed on the Manage booth preferences window. This window lists all the booth preferences that have been requested by exhibiting companies for a specific exposition. On this window, you can accept, decline, convert, or delete booth preferences. When you accept a booth preference, you indicate that that booth will be assigned to the exhibitor requesting it. After an exhibitor accepts a booth, the selection of that booth by any other company is automatically declined. This prevents you from assigning duplicate booths.
