To update attendance

  1. From Events, select Define an event, double-click the event, and then double-click the function to open the Event Function Detail window.
  2. Click More and select CEU from the drop-down menu.
  3. Click Update Attendance. The Function Attendance window opens.
  4. Mark the attendees either individually, or as a group.
    • Double-click each registrant who attended the component.
    • Click Mark all Attended. A confirmation box opens. Click Yes to mark all participants as attended.
  5. Close all windows.
