To create an EXPOCAD floor plan

  1. In EXPOCAD, select Booth> Max Fit to open the EXPOCAD – Max Fit window.

Note: The layouts are based on the smallest booth size set in the EXPOCAD – Default Values window (Options> Defaults). The size can be any value that you want and it may vary in a single event.

  2. Create the floor plan based on your exposition needs.

Note: Tabbing through the Default Numbering Horz and Vert buttons will save the Incrementation as you entered it. Clicking the Horz button will revert to the default Incrementation of 2, 99, 2, 1.

  3. Click OK. This will close the EXPOCAD – Max Fit window.
  4. Click on the main EXPOCAD window to view the floor plan.

Note: If you do not click on the main EXPOCAD window, you will lose the setup you have just done.

  5. Select View> Fit to fit the plan to the window. The floor plan will display in your EXPOCAD window.
  6. Select File> Close.
