Understanding Reports and Output Processes

Use Reports and Output Processes to customize and manage output processes, such as a Crystal report, Microsoft Word merge, or e-mail merge, based on your business needs. These output processes use the current iMIS database information and can be exported to a variety of output formats. Reports and Output Processes uses a simple interface that allows you to run Crystal reports without having to know Crystal or your database schema. Role-based security determines the information you can view.

Administrators can access Reports and Output Processes through the iMIS Framework Console. Users can access Reports and Output Processes from the Generate reports page within Opportunity Management or the iMIS Marketing Suite, from the iMIS Home page, or a personal folder.
