To request a report and generate activities
- From Customers, select Generate reports.
- Select your Report Type and the desired report from the Available Reports list.
- Select the appropriate Report Destination.
- Click Run. The Member/Contact Selections screen appears.
- Enable your desired member/contact selections for your report, making sure the Create Activity box is selected. Click OK to open the Activity Detail window.
- Enter an Activity Type, or press Ctrl+L to select a value.
- Enter a Source Code, or press Ctrl+L to select a value.
- The Date field will default to the system date and can be changed if necessary.
- The Description field will default to the report title on the Report Selection window.
Note: Clicking Cancel will cancel the activities, but the report will process.
- Click Save to process the report.
- A dialog box shows the number of activities to be inserted and asks if you want to run the procedures. Select Yes.
