Use Segmentation to create contact and prospect lists that segment the customers and prospects in your iMIS database according to demographic and behavioral patterns. You can use these lists in the Campaign Management module to target specific customers when setting up marketing campaigns. Segmentation enables you to more precisely define and respond rapidly to your markets, efficiently allocate your marketing resources, and perform more effective strategic planning. You can also export contact and prospect lists to send independent marketing messages (for example, for use by third-party fulfillment vendors).
You can access Segmentation from the iMIS Marketing Suite task list.
