If you are unsure whether your installation of SQL Server 2000 and Analysis Services have both been upgraded to the required Service Pack 4, you can use Enterprise Manager to verify the service pack level for SQL Server 2000, and you can use Analysis Manager to verify the service pack level for Analysis Services.
To determine the service pack level for SQL Server 2000
The Enterprise Manager window appears.
The details pane displays the folders on the local default instance of SQL Server on the iMIS Analytics host.
The SQL Server Properties dialog appears.
The service pack level is indicated at the end of the product version number. The value shown must be SP4 or later to meet the minimum requirements for iMIS Analytics.
To determine the service pack level for Analysis Services
The Analysis Manager window appears.
The About Microsoft SQL Server 2000 Analysis Services dialog appears.
The service pack level is indicated by the version number. The value shown must be 8.0.2039 (which indicates SP4) or later to meet the minimum requirements for iMIS Analytics.
