Defining Special Pricing

Pricing can be defined at the dues product level or, if it is a mandatory dues product, at the customer type level.

Caution! To determine a price for a given product, iMIS looks on the Special Pricing window. If no price is set on the Special Pricing window, iMIS checks the Set up customer types window. If no price is set or if the Comp option is not enabled, iMIS looks on the Set up products window.

Use special pricing dues calculations for the following:

Sometimes, pricing for products cannot be represented by simple flat rates at either the default standard customer/non-customer pricing level or by flat rates at the customer type level. If flat rates do not apply at either of these two levels, use the Special Pricing window to define pricing rules.
