To View Fund Raising activities through the Activities-All tab in the Customer Portfolio

In addition to the Fund Raising history tab, you can view fundraising activities through the Activities-All tab. These activities include requests, pledges, gifts, fundraising history by date range, notes, fundraising summary, donor clubs, soft credits, and sales.

  1. From Customers, select Manage customers to display the Manage customers window.
  2. Click Find, enter the customer ID, and click Go.
  3. Select the Activities-All tab to view all of a customer's activities, including fundraising activities.
  4. Double-click a line item to see a detailed view of the activity.
