To add, edit, and delete forms

  1. From Exposition, select Set up tables > Forms master list to open the
    Set up forms master list window.
  2. (Optional) To add a form, do the following:
    1. Click New.
    2. Enter the Form Name.
    3. Click Save.
  3. (Optional) To edit a form, do the following:
    1. Select a form from the Forms Master List.
    2. Click Edit.
    3. Edit the Form Name.
    4. Click Save.
  4. (Optional) To delete a form, do the following:
    1. Select a form from the Forms Master List.
    2. Click Delete.
    3. Click Yes to delete the form.
