To delete a record from the Import Error List

To delete a record from the list, select the record and click Delete. This button is disabled if you do not have an iMIS Expo Mgmt authorization level of 8.

Note: Deleting a record from the Import Error List will be rare. For example, a booth was rented in EXPOCAD to an exhibitor that was manually added through EXPOCAD and assigned an ID of 899. ID 899 does not exist in iMIS, and the error description "Name ID not found" has displayed on the Import Error List. In order to fix this error, you would add ID 899 to iMIS or un-rent the booth in EXPOCAD and then rerun the EXPOCAD Import. If you were to un-rent the booth, two activity records for ID 899 would display, one for the rented booth and one for the un-rented booth. These records would need to be deleted from the Import Error List.

  1. Select line items and click the Delete button. A message displays asking if you're sure you want to continue with the deletion.
  2. Click Yes to delete the selected line.
  3. Click Close.
