To view an EXPOCAD order
- Select Expo> Order Processing to open the Exposition Orders window.
- Click Find on the palette.
- Enter Exposition code or press Tab three times to open the Expo Find window, select the exposition, and click OK.
- Enter the Exhibitor ID or press Tab three times to search for the exhibitor.
- The Qty field will differ depending on the booth measurement option selected in the iMIS system setup.
- If booths are based on Quantity, the Qty field represents the total square units in EXPOCAD divided by the total dimensions in iMIS. For example, if the square units in EXPOCAD are defined as 100 and the total dimensions in iMIS are 100 (10 x 10), then the quantity would be 1 (100¸100).
- If booths are based on Area (Square Units), the Qty field represents the total area of booth spaced rented in EXPOCAD.
- Click Booths to view the booth number and booth type per order line.
- The Quantity Ordered field will differ depending on the booth measurement option selected in the iMIS system setup. This window is for viewing purposes only. Only product codes that were defined as a Booth will display booth numbers.
- If booths are based on Quantity, the Qty field represents the total square units in EXPOCAD divided by the total dimensions in iMIS. For example, if the square units in EXPOCAD are defined as 1000 and the total dimensions in iMIS are 100 (10 x 10), then the quantity would be 1 (100¸100).
- If booths are based on Area (Square Units), the Quantity Ordered field reflects the total area for this booth.
- Click OK to close the Booths window.
