You can only print back issue labels once for each journal, volume, or issue. When requesting back issues, you must use the Subscriber Selection window.
The Subscriber Selection window is populated based on the BACKISSUE activity. The field TICKLER_DATE in the Activity table is populated when a back issue is requested (from the Billing tab, double-click the SUB item, and click ). After back labels are requested, the field is cleared.

From Customers, select Manage customers, find a customer record, select the Activity tab, and double-click BACKISSUE activity
