The planning process

We recommend you use the following strategy to plan your Opportunity Management implementation:

  1. Identify the general types of opportunities your organization encounters and what is unique about each type.
  2. Determine the specific roles and responsibilities required for each opportunity type.
  3. Build action plans that embody the best practices of your organization, including communications and reporting needs.
