Editing Exposition Orders

Managing expositions includes editing orders. For example, an exhibiting company may decide to change its order from a standard 10' x 10' booth to a 20' x 20' booth, add other products, or move a booth to a different location.

The iMIS automatic re-pricing feature is unique. When an order's registrant class or registration date is changed, the price for that particular registration changes respectively. For example, if early and regular cutoff dates are defined for the exposition, and the product being ordered has early, regular, and late fees defined, when the registration order date is updated, iMIS automatically re-prices the product based on the date and established fees.
