To issue back labels

  1. From Subscriptions, select Generate reports to open the Generate reports window.
  2. Select Back Issue Labels from the Report Types area.
  3. Select a label report.
  4. Click Run to display the Subscription Selection window.
  5. Select the Publication.
  6. Select the Issue.
  7. Select the Selection List option.
  8. Enable the Address option.
  9. Select the appropriate Print Options.
  10. Click OK to display the Subscriber Selection window:

    Note: If using the Selection List option, and there are no customers with an active BACKISSUE activity, a message displays informing you that no subscribers found using the current selection options.

  11. Click Add All to add all the customers under Subscribers to Selected.
  12. Click OK to display a message that states that the label printing is complete.
  13. Click OK to display the 3 Digit Zip Code Analysis report:
  14. Close this report to display the 5 Digit Zip Code Analysis report:
  15. Close this report to display the Edition Size report. This report will show the number of copies requested, as well as the Zone Code and Mail Code, if specified.
  16. Close this report to display the labels. The Begin Label Run labels are the Lineup Labels. The label has a Barcode. The subscription code and issue number print above the name. The End Label Run is the Summary Label.

The BACKISSUE activity record updates after you perform a label run.

The Issues/Back Issue Requests window updates with the Printed: MM/DD/YYYY information.
