To view event activities for a registrant

  1. Select Customers > Manage customers to open the Customer Portfolio.
  2. Find the registrant's record.
  3. Select the Activities-All tab.
  4. Select MEETING from the drop-down list under the Sort by options.

    Note: A MEETING activity is created after an event has been closed. MEETING activities do not include fundraising information such as GIFT activities generated by a fundraising function registration.

  5. Double-click an event to open the Activity Detail window.
