Manage customers window (Customer Portfolio)

From Customers, select Manage customers, and find customer record

the Customer Portfolio is divided into the following areas:

When inserting or viewing a record, some fields without a value display the grayed-out field name within the field. For example, when inserting a new record, the Member Type drop-down list displays Member Type within the field until a valid selection is made.

When viewing a record, the user is automatically in edit mode. Edits can be made, and then saved by clicking Save.
