To send a reminder for a gift or pledge

  1. From Fund Raising, select Enter and edit gifts to display the Overview tab on the Enter and edit gifts window.
  2. Click New and enter and save a new gift or pledge, or click Open to open an existing gift or pledge.

    Note: See To view gifts and pledges in Fund Raising, To enter a single gift or single pledge, or To enter an installment pledge.

  3. Click Print to display the Select Report window.
  4. Select Send a Reminder.
  5. Click Run. A confirmation message displays.
  6. Click Yes to issue the reminder.
  7. (Optional) To reprint the reminder, perform the following steps:
    • Click Print.
    • Select Reprint Reminder(s).
    • Click Run to reprint the reminder.
