To display an existing relationship on the Role tab

  1. Select Customers.
  2. Click the lookup icon to open a contact's record in the Manage customers window.
  3. Select the Relationships tab to display the contact's relationships.
  4. Double-click on the relationship you want to edit to open the Relationship Detail window for that relationship.
  5. Click Edit.
  6. Enter ROLE in the Group Code field.
  7. Click Save.
