Exposition
Select an exposition from the list. A detailed Description of the exposition displays to the right.
Total Entries
Displays the total number of prospects.
Prospect List
Displays a list of all prospects for the exposition, including name, date, and status. Scroll to the right to see the prospect's last activity and customer type.
Pre-Load Filters
List Name - Select the list of prospects you want to display.
If Enforce list Security by Logon Id is enabled when defining the exposition, only the prospect list assigned to the login ID will display. See Defining Exposition Options for additional information.
Post-Load Filters
Prospect - Enable to display prospects that have not signed up (and are not on the wait list) but have not declined to exhibit.
Signed-up - Enable to display prospects who already have purchased an exposition product.
Cancelled - Enable to display prospects who have canceled an order.
Declined - Enable to display prospects who have declined to exhibit.
Sort Order
Name - Enable to list prospects alphabetically by last name.
Date - Enable to list prospects by the date that prospect was first added or entered.
Status - Enable to list prospects according to status (Prospect, Signed up, Canceled, or Declined).

Click to open the Select Company Filter window used for displaying specific company records.

Click to clear the filter entered on the Select Company Filter window.

Click to display the prospect list.

Click to open the Expo Sales window, which lists the exhibiting company's sales activities. You also can view predefined scripts for soliciting exhibitors and information about reserved booths.

Click to open the Exhibitor Information window used for defining exposition-specific information for the exhibitor, such as products exhibited or contractors selected. See Entering Exhibitor Information for detailed information.

Click to open the Exposition Orders window used for entering and editing orders. See Processing Orders for detailed information.

Click to select all records. iMIS places a > next to all records, indicating they are selected.

Deselects all records. iMIS removes the > next to all records, indicating they are no longer selected.

Click to open the Expo Prospect Reports window used for processing letters, labels, and mail merges.

Click to open the Add a Prospect window used for adding individual prospects to the prospect list.

Click to set the selected prospect's status to Declined.
