Expo Sales window

From Exposition, select Manage prospect lists, select an exposition, click Load Prospect List, and click Exhibitor Sales

Exposition Name

Displays the exposition where the company is exhibiting.

Title

Displays the title of the exposition.

Exposition Address

Displays the address of the exposition.

Contact Information

Displays the exposition's contact information.

Exhibitor Activity

Displays a list of the prospect's exposition-related activities.

Expo Filter

Select an exposition for the prospect whose activities you want to view (defaults to current exposition). When both the Expo Filter and Activity Filter are set to ALL, all activities (regardless of type) display for the prospect.

Activity Filter

Select an activity type for the prospect whose activities you want to view (defaults to ALL - which includes user defined activities).

Change Contact button

Click to open the Find window where you can select and assign another sales contact from the customer database. See Finding Exposition Orders for additional information.

Sales Script button

Click to open the Sales Script window where you can predefine your sales scripts.

Reserve Booths button

Click to open the Reserve Products window to reserve products for the prospect.

Expo/Meet History button

Click to open the Expositions/Meetings for (Name of exhibitor) window where you can view the Current Expos/Meetings for which the prospect is registered and their Attendance History.

View/Edit button

Click to open the prospect's Activity Detail window. See Enabling System Options for detailed information about exposition activities.

Add New button

Click to open the Activity Detail window where you can add an activity for the prospect. See Enabling System Options for detailed information about exposition activities.
