Overview of System Setup

The general system setup sets overall defaults and operating guidelines. There are many ways to customize the billing process, which allow you to group customers by category, define the product line items that can be billed to customers, and set pricing according to information stored in the customer's data tables or by using a formula.

Before a billing cycle is run or a payment is entered, you must define how to bill.
