When an opportunity is created, if the prospect has one or more sales representatives or regional managers defined in Relationships, these people will be assigned to the opportunity automatically.You can view the assigned salesperson and manager information by opening an opportunity and selecting Groups > Owner Roles. See Associating personnel with prospects for more information.
Note: If a solicitor is designated for the prospect in the Customers Donor Data tab, the solicitor will also be assigned to the new opportunity.
