Opportunities changes
The Opportunity Management module has many exciting changes incorporated into this release.
- The user interface has been redesigned to make it easier to navigate within and manipulate Action Plan stages.
- New opportunities can now use drop-down fields to choose the product/subscription/distribution value.
- You can now relate Action Plans to specific Opportunity Types to ensure proper workflow and assignments.
- New security role gives users full access to their own opportunities.
- You can create a new Opportunity from the Customer Portfolio Opportunity tab.
- You can copy Action plans to reuse them with other Opportunity Types.
- A manager can now be assigned to opportunities automatically.
- Document use has been enhanced. You can now attach documents to emails and attach document templates to Opportunity types.
- You can delete one or more opportunities without having to open them.
- You can create unique opportunity names by merging contact details during import from Campaign Management.
- iMIS now shows the Company Name on the Opportunity Contacts tab if there is no individual associated with the opportunity.
- Task dates are now checked for discrepancies.
- The Task window now displays the Opportunity name.
- You can now rename the Prospect field to suite your business model.
