There are two ways that you can enter user IDs and passwords when logging on to iMIS:

User ID: imis-id
Password: imis-password
In this instance, the iMIS user ID/password is converted to the SQL database server user ID/password based on the current security model.

SQL database server ID/Password |
Model 1 - Passthrough |

JOE/JOEPW |
Model 2 - Parallel |
JOE/JOEPW |

Model 3 - Unilogin |
JOE/JOEPW |
IMISUSER/imis_masterpw |
Method 2
User ID: imis-id!sql-server-id
